What does pallet storage cost?
Price sheets are built per customer. Tiers are based on volume, storage type, and the services you need around storage — cycle counts, sorting, re-palletizing, fulfillment. No public rate card because storage isn't one-size-fits-all.
Q.02
Is there a minimum commitment?
No hard minimum on pallets or term. Short-term projects (under 90 days) are welcome. Long-term contracts get better pricing — we just don't require them to start.

How fast can we get inbound scheduled?
Standard onboarding is 7–14 days from signed quote to first inbound. Expedited scheduling available if you've got a container hitting the port next week.

Can our team see live inventory?
Yes. Authorized users get NetSuite + LogiVeo dashboard access. Position counts, location data, and movement history — pull it anytime from any device.

Do you handle hazmat, food-grade, or temperature-controlled?
We're a dry, ambient warehouse kept at approximately 80°F. No hazmat, no food-grade, no cold storage. If that's what you need, we'll tell you upfront and recommend a partner.

That's our fulfillment service — pick, pack, and ship runs on the same floor with the same systems. Easy to add or scope into the same agreement.
