About

How we got here.

Impact Diversity Express began in 2016 as a freight operation under Impact Diversity Solutions — a Phoenix-based business with freight as one of several ventures. We hauled loads, learned the lanes, and built relationships with shippers across the Southwest.

In 2025, the freight side split off entirely. Tim Johnson bought out the remaining interest and took full ownership, and Impact Diversity Express became an independent company. The two businesses are no longer related.

Under refined management, we expanded our offerings. Customers asked for storage; we expanded the warehouse. They asked for brokerage; we launched Freight Club LLC with its own authority. They asked for fulfillment and drayage, so we learned the operations.

In 2026, we rebranded with a refreshed identity — and opened two new services alongside it: construction material logistics and value-added handling. Six services. One team. One roof.

Where We Operate

Phoenix-anchored. Regionally connected.

Our headquarters is 22,700 square feet in Tolleson, Arizona — fifteen minutes west of downtown Phoenix with direct I-10 access. Every order ships from here. Every load stages here. Every customer call gets answered here.

Beyond the floor, we run daily contracted lanes across the Southwest — Phoenix to Albuquerque every weekday, plus standing routes to Las Vegas, El Paso, and the broader region. National coverage through our in-house brokerage.

We're not the biggest 3PL in Phoenix. We're built to be the most responsive one.
